I co-founded Liven with my friend Richard.
We made a post-workout probiotic that combines the recovery benefits of protein with traditionally fermented milk Kefir.
We bootstrapped a small scale production facility to meet dairy processing regulation and yield consistent 10L batches.
Liven won first place and 45k of funding at Spark Nova Scotia 2021.
